I really like Penny who owns buzz salons and on one of my visits there she was helping an older gentleman out of the car to his wheelchair and into the establishment wonderful lady that's all I can say
I have had my hair cut there since 2007. the owner and all her staff are there to give you exactly what you want. Not a franchise. Service: Haircut
