I had a horrible first salon experience here. I wanted to go from brunette to blonde for the summer and so I booked an apt with Sarah. On the phone, I made it very clear what I wanted and in person I showed her a picture of just what I wanted so it was my understanding that I would get that. My own mother is a stylist and salon owner who has done my hair my whole life and has done the same thing I asked of this lady and has never messed up at all but given exactly what I wanted. When she took the foils out to rinse me, my hair was orange!!! I wanted to cry. I could tell she was unsure of herself and she should have spoken up if she wasn’t confident in her abilities. It just makes me mad because she wasn’t truthful with me. She put some toner on and it took out all the color and I’m left looking the same way I walked in. She left me in tears when I left and still told me I had to pay. She refused to give me a refund or fix my hair. I wasted my money for nothing. Worst experience ever!!

I saw Jordan for the first time, and she really listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She did an amazing job. I have many layers with body that lifts my face. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
