I’ve been coming here for years but this is my last time. Spent an hour in there and I picked a white sparkly nail off their choices. He did a pink chrome first and I told him no I want white then he did this silver chrome thing and I’m in tears on how bad they are. Then he still charged me full price knowing how unhappy I was with them. I could not stay longer for him to try to fix them a 3rd time. You should not have nail colors on nail props that your employees cannot achieve. All I wanted was sparkly white and now I have to leave on a trip with ugly bullets for nails. Will never be returning. Service: Gel manicures

It is 3 days since I went to this nail salon to get the polish removed. My nail bed is so damaged it still hurts to wash my hands. I have been going here for a while. I usually tip around $40. I brought other customers. But never again. The acrylic is still on my nails. Where there is no polish my nails are still red and HURT. LADIES BEWARE!!
