Jeasami is the best when it comes to professionalism, interacting with her clients, and educating her clients when it comes to questions they may have about their hair or hair products in general. Her smile is contagious and you will not be disappointed in her work. I always leave satisfied and feeling beautiful. She can take an insecure person, sit them in her chair, and by the time they leave, their confidence level is through the roof. If your hairstylist doesn’t have you feeling like a brand new person when you leave then you need to get a new one!!! 20/20 Salon is the total package and I recommend this establishment to anyone. Jay was phenomenal. I came in at the last minute and she was able to take care of both me and my hair. She definitely provided a full service. I got to know her and she got to know my hair. After living in Chattanooga for a year she is the first person I allowed to touch my hair and I most definitely am not regretting it. Thank you Jay for being kind and caring for both me and my hair

I cant say enough good things about Jeasami. She got my daughter in very quickly and did a great job on her hair. She was also very personable. This was my daughters first time getting braids and Jeasami was very helpful with advice on care of the braids and also her hair texture/care in general. She left with a huge smile on her face and said she definitely wants to come back. I really appreciated the separate waiting area with a glass area so that I could see what was being done.
