I have been going to this salon to get my hair done for two years now. The first time I visited the salon for a hair appointment, it was for a cut and color nearly two years ago. It was the first time I had visited a hair salon in nearly a year due to Covid. Mandona insisted that I make a keratin appointment with the salon. She even told me to go make the Keratin treatment appointment before I was allowed to sit in the chair. I eventually canceled that keratin treatment because I didn’t feel like it was wise in any manner to spend $900 (keratin, cut and color) on my hair while we were on lockdown due to Covid. For the past two years Mandona has repeatedly insisted that I get a $750 keratin treatment at the salon. I have told her that in my experience keratin treatments don’t last long, and she has said “no everything about our salon is different, ours will last 6 months.” I eventually made my appointment for the Keratin treatment and on the day of my appointment after she had compl
