Gotta wear a mask still.. place was clean.. almost felt like a spa at home! I got the Brazilian wax...was a 1st time customer. T was my specialist. Great customer service. Showed a genuine interest in making the wax experience comfortable...even put a fan to blow in my..woo woo area! That was cool. She offered some down there care info. I was smooth as a baby's bottom. Sanitary...A+. Will be back.

I have had some kind of experience with this place lol! Make a long story short, you can't punish a business based on one experience with an employee! I had a horrible experience with the person I booked with and it was my first time! However I will say this, when I returned(because I paid for a service that I was not able to receive at that particular time), that young lady did not work there anymore. Management was very professional about the mix up because that young lady didn't even reschedule my appointment. The new young lady that did my wax was the best yall! She knew exactly what she was doing! Got me smooth as a babies bottom! Even though nobody talks about the pain you will endure your first couple of times, let me tell you.... NOTHING can prepare you for the pain of snatching your follicles out of your personal area! However I'm going back! O... I got the pretty kitty special! It's $120 and worth every penny in my opinion!
