I’ve come multiple times and took a break due to COVID but was there recently and still as great as ever. Eyebrows look great and that has been consistent with all of my trips here. She’s amazing and the only person (outside of myself) I let touch my eyebrows in Tennessee!

I've been here for the eyebrow threading many times, and it's always been great service! I want to commend the owners though, for going above and beyond just recently. I called to see how they were operating during the pandemic, and was informed that they were on an appt only basis now, but they were willing to fit me in that day, even though they had already left the salon. They came back just to service me, and I thought that was superb customer service! Also, after that visit, I realized my brows weren't exactly up to my liking. So I called and expressed my concern about it, and they accommodated me by inviting me to come back at no charge in order to make the corrections. I went back today, and my brows look great! Thank you, Karissima!!
