Harmony Nail Spa

yesterday afternoon I went to have a set with black nails with two simple designs done and I was beyond disappointed. I paid $70 (not including tip) for these, I understand the cost is determined by what is used and how long, but I feel like there should’ve been some Liberty to redo the two nails with the designs. Also the polish on my thumb started to peel off and the nail on my pointer finger also popped off by the end of the night. However, I went to a different salon this morning to have them fixed, I really thought I may had been overreacting but they did the correct design and repainted every nail and redid the design for $20. I’m gonna post the pictures from last night, the photo i showed, the nails I received this morning that proved to me that it wasn’t that hard. I’m just really disappointed and irritated that I spent that much money for me to leave with my nails like this, i understand I could’ve said I didn’t like them but I’m not confrontational and I didn’t want to be cha

Love my nail tech, named Ms Sophia. She's good, patient and takes her time to ensure you're happy. This makes my second time going and the service is awesome.

I told the nail technician exactly what I wanted. I had not been able to get my nails done for 18 months because my husband had a major stroke in April 2022. I am my husband's caregiver and have a full-time job too so I wash my hands a lot. So the tech said.that I needed the gel nails because they don't chip as easily. I wanted a neutral color. What he suggested was perfect. We chatted a bit while I watched the relaxing cooking show on a huge monitor, listened to awesome classical Vietnamese music. I was offered a drink, lotion, etc. When I left I felt like I had been to an all-day spa. Just an awesome experience. Best nail salon I've ever been to.
