The scheduling process was simple. Upon arrival I was promptly and warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was offered a beverage and given just the right amount of time to peruse products that were well displayed. My stylist (Liz) greeted me and took my jacket. We had a very pleasant consultation. Liz thoroughly and professionally confirmed each step of her process which gave me full confidence in her abilities. She did not disappoint. She was able to work magic on my hair and I am still loving it. She really took the time to know what I wanted and bring it to fruition.
I look forward to every wax appointment I have with Liz! She is professional, precise and most importantly a sweet soul. She is also very knowledgeable about how to care for waxing areas and shares her continuing education tips!
