BEST CUDTUMER SERVICE IF U START A CONVO!!!!!!

Went in for highlights and gray coverage. Walked out with mostly black hair, 4 big red highlights, red bangs, plus gray hair still. This was after I said I did not want any red in my hair. I contacted Ulta online customer service who told me they would have the store call me. I missed their one call so I called them back. The first time they answered they said they would call me back in 20 min. They didn't so I called them back again the next day. They took my message/number to call me back but I did not receive a call back, yet again. Ulta online customer service went back and forth with me with copy/pasted messages about being sorry but offering no solution. No refund and no chance for a hair redo given. I am done going to Ulta for hair service. Save your money and go to professional salons instead!

Ulta Beauty has an atmosphere that is very welcoming. What a beautiful store. Ulta carries both low and high end brand products for all people. I've never left an Ulta without feeling better than before I came. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and engaging. They make sure you find what you need.
