I felt like they were more worried about the amount of time that it took than the final result. (Each service has an allotted time and if it takes longer there is a per 15 minute charge.) My haircut was fine but my beard trim was awful. Uneven and obviously not important to the stylist. It is unlikely that I will return.
So I got a haircut here the front desk staff was friendly, but even after I showed a picture of the style I wanted, the end result was lackluster an did match the picture or follow instructions. They get 2 stars for customer service, but I gotta say I wasn’t happy with the overall quality..
I would not recommend the man salon in Sioux Falls on arrowhead parkway the lady didn’t listen to what my son wanted and didn’t do a very good job. His hair isn’t even and missed spots and didn’t even brush the hair off of him.
