I called at 12 noon to book a last-minute appointment. They were flexible and got me in at 3:30 pm! I don't remember her name, but the district manager cut my hair - she was extremely friendly, warm, and did such an excellent, thorough job and super quick too. I had trimmed my hair myself and came in just not feeling confident that I had done it well. She didn't make me feel judged or bad about it but was thorough, precise, and made sure not to cut much off as I wanted to keep length.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I went in with light brown hair at the top and outgrown burgundy on the bottom I explained to the hair stylist(Stephanie) that I wanted a honey blonde colored hair I showed her the picture and showed her that I style that I wanted she proceeded to tell me that she could make it that way and it was nothing like that. She said in order to do the layers she would have to cut some of my hair so I went from mid shoulder length hair hair right under my chin. I went in for a light blonde hair came out with brown hair with caramel highlights after 4 hours of being there. she did two haircuts in between while I was sitting there waiting. After spending over 100$ I am miserable. I had a great experience a while ago with Cora which is why I went back but unfortunately I will never be back again.
