I got a perm done there over a month ago. Right away I was not happy at all, I have gotten perms done before and always loved it, but this time it went so wrong. I’ve tried many times to get them to fix it and they won’t do anything for me but tell me to wait another month. The photos shown are the day of getting it done. I left the salon with no product or style in my curls at all, and half of my head still straight. The girl didn’t saturate each curl with the solution, only sprayed it in a mass on the top of my head. Most of the curls that are curls aren’t even spirals they are just wonky. It’s so upsetting. You go to a beauty salon to feel beautiful and this salon has knocked my confidence way down and won’t do anything to fix it. Do not go see Tanya Worthington!! I went to get a root touch up and have never had anyone do such a terrible job and never spent that much money. She said she told me it may take 2 sessions since she didn't schedule enough time to do it all at once, but when I left she dried some of my hair and said the color looks good and did not mention scheduling a 2nd appointment to finish. She was not interested in seeing what my hair looked like now. When I called the only thing she said I could do is come in for another root touch up which would cost me another $160!!! She was also very rude and unprofessional and wouldn't stop arguing with me. I strongly suggest you find someone else.

I went for my haircut for the first time to this place. I think the person assigned to me was not very experienced and she could not understand what I wanted, she kept asking me what she should do next. I understand she wanted to follow what I wanted, but the entire haircut ended up being very messy. I did not know this until I went back to my old hairdresser who was surprised and had to do my entire hair again. Please do not assign new hairdressers to new customers, it might not create a good first impression!
