Elegant Nail Bar & Spa

I got a manicure here and my cuticles were cut/torn on multiple finger to the point of bleeding profusely. They didn’t even say anything. No apology. Went on blotting my blood and acted as though this was normal. Now a week later I am left with two ingrown fingernails and scabs on multiple finger from the wounds inflicted. Would highly NOT recommend! It seemed that they were in a hurry even though I had an appt. I feel like the rush job is what got me an awful manicure and lots of pain. Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures

Really disappointed. The last time my mom and I came here we had a blast, this time was not at all the same. My mom asked for a glass of wine that was never brought to her. The front desk girl came up to my technician during the service to negotiate getting her nails done right after mine, before they closed. My pedicure was rushed, my nails were trimmed crooked and weren’t filed. I left with drier feet than when I came in because of all the alcohol they sprayed all over my feet before the polish. All in all an uncomfortable experience. I wish we had done our nails at home, we could have had our own wine and not had to feel like we were intruding on other people’s conversations.
