Ambiance Salon

I had been going to Crystal for almost 3 years and she was great! She listened to me, but this last time out of nowhere she colored my hair way darker. I had just asked for the same as the last times. It was way too dark for me, washed me out. Everyone noticed and said as well so I know it was darker. I called to have Crystal fix to put more blonde in it, but she wasn’t nice about it and said that she didn’t think she wasn’t meeting my needs and that I should go somewhere else instead of kindly making it right. I even offered to pay again. I did not see this coming at all and was shocked. I just figured she’d fix it, but not the case. Completely disappointed by how Crystal handled it. Not happy with my last experience.

Love the energy of this salon. All the stylists really make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They're not only great hair stylists, but also great listeners.

Such a great experience! Crystal listened to my ideas and made a few suggestions and we got to work! I cut off a foot or so of hair and the result was well worth what little I paid and more! I can't wait to come back!
