I ONLY use Tangled Tresses, and especially Hailey Guenot! I had a bad experience with a bad hairdresser when I was in high school so I always cut my own hair. My girlfriend introduced me to Hailey and I knew I could trust her because Val’s hair always turns out perfect!! (So much so that Val doesn’t like to tell anyone who does her fade cause she wants to be the only one with such perfect hair!) ???? Hailey has been the only person I’ve let touch my hair since the first time she cut my locks back in early 2019. I was finally able to go from waist length hair to short colorful do’s, which I’ve wanted for so many years! She always communicates with me to understand what I want and she always makes it happen!! She’s a rockstar with her scissors, and she’s also super fun and down to earth! Hailey is a great stylist! She’s is very professional and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I would definitely recommend going to her for any of your hair needs!

I had been going to Lindsey for about 2 years and she did a great job. But she stopped doing hair and recommended Hailey to do a shorter cut and blonde color. I showed Hailey several pictures of styles & colors that were all very similar and represented what I wanted for color and style. We even discussed in length what I was expecting for color. Hailey even repeated back to me what I wanted. So I was under the impression that she understood I wanted warm, summery toned blondes with dimension. Not just a solid color. When she was finished with the color my hair was dark grey! I told her it wasn't at all what I was expecting. I naturally have blonde hair and am very fair completed & I've never had my hair dark. Her tone suddenly changed & she was irritated that she had to redo the color. After 4.5 hours my hair was back to blonde but not the blonde I wanted.
