Called, got an appt. Same day. . Color and trim...

Throughout the appointment it was great I got the green hair that I wanted. Within 3 days though after half of the color washed out entirely! I used color-safe shampoo, and used cold water, and washed my hair once in that time. I had green hair on some parts, bronze yellow for the majority though. It never faded out anywhere else but the main part, I tried re-dying it with dark silver and all you see in the area with faded yellow, bronzy, trying to be "green" hair was that color still! I bleached that section for over an hour trying to remove anything else so it would cover it never did. They have a great service, but horrid products. I'm never getting my hair colored here again. They had very good customer service. The ladies that took care of us were very professional and friendly. Did exactly what we wanted done. We will definitely be going here again.
