I visited Rapid City for a few days and booked a 90min massage. Susie was AMAZING! Probably the best massage I've ever had. I prefer a firm/heavy hand massage and she did exactly that. 10/10 recommend!

My one and only experience was bad enough that it also became my last. And these are my reasons: * Front desk people are mannerless and clueless what customer service is all about. They seem to be ready to snap back at any minute, if you are not careful enough. * Front of the house has "no" waiting area, everything is inside while you wait for the service that you'll receive. * I received the worst massage Ever!!! I was left in pain for over a year!! It almost ruins it for the rest!!! The massage room was impersonal, the massage therapist was horrible!!! The worst I have ever had: a) She never stopped talking during the entire session, due to her yap I wasn't able neither to enjoy the massage nor relax at all whatsoever!! She needs to get a counselor, because I'm not one!! b) When she finally shut up, I thought I was going to be able to relax and enjoy some relaxation time, ha! Silly me, she stopped talking, because she was done, and it was when she told me to get dressed and go to the

Came in for a massage and had an easy time to book online (other places in town do not make it easy to book online). The place has parking available and a nice waiting area. My therapist did a good job and the staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to go back soon.
