I was referred to this salon & toTasha. I went in maybe twice a year. Each time I was extremely happy with my results. The next time I went to my appointment, this is after 4 or 5 prior visits , I would get a perm, trim & color. LSS TASHA applied the perm & I sat under the dryer. Within 4-5 minutes I felt my scalp burning. I told TASHA & she said "oh it's OK ", So I returned to the dryer, a little concerned. I thought I was ok, I mean I trusted her. Time Was up and she come and got me to rinse my hair then took me over to the chair and styled my hair. When I got home I was checking my hair. It was so thin that I could see my scalp. OMG half of my hair was gone. Half of my hair fell out when she was rinsing. Absolutely no idea what happened & she said nothing. This is many years later & that has really hurt me.
