Great place. Emily was extremely professional and really knew what she was doing. One of the best haircuts I've gotten in a long time.
Lisa, the manager, provided a great haircut and beard trim. No barbers have asked about my preferences regarding jawline, neck trim, etc., but Lisa did. Thank you for a thoughtful and respectful cut and trim.
Tiffany gave me an awesome haircut, I have layers and she trimmed them and faded my bangs, great easy conversation. The app is great to reserve your place and head in once it's 15-20 minutes before your turn. 4 stars because I had an uncomfortable, weird exchange with the male hairstylist. I was sitting in the direct sun in the waiting room and closed the curtains because I was baking. He huffed and was obviously annoyed. I said I could reopen them and he said I'll just reopen them when you leave. I almost left but glad I didn't because the rest of my experience was a positive one.
