Ulta Beauty

I went to Ulta in Azalea Square with my mom on Dec 13rd. We were looking around and my mom bumped into him and he was sharing things with her and then I came along and she told him I was searching for my shade for makeup. Right away he found a match that was absolutely PERFECT. It looked so flawless and beautiful. He was very hilarious, efficient and patient. Thank you to Darius and others in store. Usually we get followed around by many associates and yesterday it was totally different. Thank you so much for making my experience wonderful Happy Holidays

Called and asked if they had an appointment available tonight was told 630 I was very excited was looking to get a new style. I asked the stylist for advice on what cut would look good for my face since she was an elite stylist didnt really give me any advice. On their website it said haircut is approximately 60 minutes. I get there at 630 soon after I sit down I felt rushed. I checked out at 657. I didn't pay until 715 I pretty much spent almost the same amount of time in line then I did in the chair. I asked for bangs to the nose they go past my lips. I probably would have said something if I didn't feel so rush mind you the stylist had a 700 appointment. Had I been told that she only had 30 minutes I would have waited to make an appointment, especially since they charged me $77.
