They really need to specify services availability. This is a large brand and if their website tells me they are open for waxing I do believe that. I wasted a trip there and unfortunately their person is not there until Monday. The employee wasn’t even apologetic about it(although not her fault at all), but in this situation empathy would’ve been really nice.
Ashley shapes my brows and always does a great job! My brows always look great and she only removes what’s necessary allowing my brows to keep their natural shape. She is very friendly and efficient and in time! I always look forward to my appointments.
Cara did a great job on my daughter's color correction hair dye. My daughter said she loves her so I would guess that they had good conversation while I was in and out. (I very much appreciate whatever you two did.) She walked me through the process over the phone and then to the both of is when we arrived. I was happy and so is my daughter. She looks more like herself again. This was the first time we experienced ULTA's Solon services and I know we will be back. Thank you Cara for everything.
