Kathy was great! She gave me exactly what I was looking for in a hair cut. She was personable and professional! The building was so pretty and clean! Awesome hair products as well!

I went to this salon to get my roots touched Up, my hair lifted a little lighter as well as a haircut/style. My stylist was Kathy. She was phenomenal. She was a very pleasant person to spend my time around and was extremely detail oriented. This Salon was more expensive than the salons I have previously visited but let me tell you, the extra bucks were WELL WORTH IT. Each client had their own room so it gives you a very personable experience with your stylist as they give you tips about hair care and explain the process. The products that were used in my hair made my hair so soft and shiny and bouncy and that was AFTER BLEACHING. Who has soft hair after they bleach it? I did baby. I probably won’t go to another salon to be honest. This salon is hands down the best in Spartanburg. Don’t go to a cheap salon that doesn’t care if they damage your hair. Spend the extra bucks and go to The Heights. You won’t regret it. EDIT; Just went in again to get a haircut and Kathy cut it better than I
