Latoya was awesome. I was on a time crunch because I was on a lunch break but she was fast but precise. She made sure my nails were filed perfectly and no dead skin was left behind and was able to give me good suggestions on color. Oh, and I’ve never had a hand massage feel just as good as a foot massage but she did it!! I only give it a four star because I feel like the owners could tidy up a little. It seemed very cluttered.

I was on somewhat of a time crunch and decided to use Exotic Nails for a dip powder manicure since it’s closer to home than my normal salon. Unfortunately, I received the worst “manicure” I’ve ever experienced. There was no actual manicure involved. No cuticle trim, no shaping, no soak, no massage, literally nothing. I could tell the dip powder was poorly done early on in the process and asked that the tech file some off before continuing since it had already gotten so thick. The finished product is unnaturally shaped and overly thick nails with the corners and edges of almost every nail without any dip powder at all. It’s so awful that I can’t help but wonder if my tech is even licensed. The owner seemed annoyed that I wasn’t satisfied as she and my tech were both attempting to file off any parts of my nail the tech didn’t cover. I asked that they please stop filing off my nails since that was doing nothing but making the entire situation worse. The owner half-heartedly asked if I wan
