Today was my first visit @ the waxed salon and Hannah took care of me. Hannah made me feel very comfortable today throughout my visit. I got an additional 20% off because it was my first time. Everyone was friendly and took care of me promptly. I will be back! Service: Brazilian waxing

Wax technicians should know that they can lose their license for telling others about their clients. It is no one else's business who comes in to get what done. Especially if it's a BRAZILIAN WAX!!!!

I had an eyelash lift + tint and a brow lamination at the Mount Pleasant location. During the procedure, I informed the technician about a burning sensation, and she applied more Vaseline, providing temporary relief. However, within an hour of leaving the salon, my skin became extremely irritated and painful to touch or move my facial muscles. To make matters worse, they charged me three times: once for the deposit, once for the procedures, and an additional charge of $115. Immediately after leaving, their front desk staff called me to admit an error in the initial charges and claimed I owed more. Despite my attempts to dispute these extra charges through multiple phone calls, they deny seeing the charges on their end. I am deeply disappointed and expect a refund specifically for the brow service. Update: The manager and owner both reached out to me and refunded me for the extra charges and for the brow lamination which I am super thankful for! However, my brows have just gotten worse
