Always have had a good experience and liked the color and high lights. Do have hard time scheduling though due to voicemail and no one calling back.
I have been going to Tresses since they opened. Christina is my stylist and she is always pleasant and works magic with my abundant yet fine and finicky hair.
bad customer service, they don't feel comfortable. bad professionalism????
