I came to Victoria for the first time in 2022 as a blonde with a lot of damage from bleaching it throughout the years. December will make a year of being a dark brunette and I could not be more happy with her technique, attention to detail, and her skill. Victoria has become someone I regard as not only my hair stylist, but a friend. Each time I sit in her chair she remembers details about my life and is always able to determine if I just need to sit in silence for a bit. If you’re looking for someone in Charleston, she’s your girl. I am so thankful that she took me on! The blonde photo was from 12/22 and the brunette is from 9/23. Such a huge and healthy difference!!

First time visiting the Hair Lab and definitely won't be the last! To echo pretty much every sentiment of reviewers, was just all around a fun and welcoming space! I loved all the attention to details! Starting with the new client form, taking the time to review and pair me with the stylist felt so personalized right from the start! I saw Mary Elizabeth for a custom brunette/cut and she exceeded all my expectations. She not only spent time understanding my hair goals but also went above and beyond to educate me on the process and help me build a plan to maintain healthy hair! Hair Lab is the best in Charleston. I've been seeing Abbie for over a year now and she always crushes my hair goals. She has always taken the time to educate me on my hair and color and has suggested great products to keep my hair healthy between appointments. The salon has such a welcoming environment and everybody that works there is always so friendly! Only place I go to for my hair needs!
