Salon Salon of Charleston

Hadn't had my hair cut in a while and went through some reviews trying to pick a place. Decided to try this one. I emailed pics ahead of time, and Rachel got it just right. She spent an hour and a half cutting, shaping, washing, drying it and charged only for the cut. Best cut I've ever had, and we chatted non stop which made the time go by in a snap! She also gave me tips on how to care for it at home. Very professional. I recommend Salon Salon highly!

I went in for highlights and came out with my hair like this. I asked only for my coupon price of 87$ and the manager Rachel said I could go into the salon and get refunded for the damage to my shirt. I live over an hour away and asked if she would only refund for the coupon price not even the whole 117$ I paid. She hasn’t answered me in weeks. I’m assuming I’m not getting refunded. She dropped bleach all over my shirt and twice on the top of my head. I had to pay someone else get my hair fixed. I’m not happy with being ignored or the quality of service. My 5 stars goes to Erica. She did a great job with my hair (full highlights) and nice haircut for my son. I can’t say anything about other girls, but the salon by itself looks interesting - in the style of the sixties. I also loved a music collection played on the background. :) Prices in general could be better, but if you are not going for haircut every second week, I suppose it’s okay.
