My hair was a mess and I had no idea how to get back on track. It was long stringy and just in need of help. I had color damage too. I managed to find an appointment sort of last minute for 10am after calling around to several salons. This was my first visit. Bill was amazing. He talked to me about my hair and what I wanted, didn't want and how I wanted to start taking better care of it all. He really took the time to understand and suggested what would work best without any sort of pressure. My hair looks and feels amazing and I really don't think I will go to another salon or stylist any time soon. Service: Haircut

I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for a new stylist. Everyone knows Charleston is riddled with salons, but there isn’t anywhere quite unique as this place. The environment and the atmosphere really sets them apart. Not to mention their very professional and experienced stylist. I think they are locally owned by a wonderful gentleman that has ran multiple salons in his time. So he’s got it figured out. If you looking for a new barber, look no further. Jose has a mad wrist game, one of the best fades and straight razor like work I’ve seen, since moving to the area. Mind you, my hair isn’t the easiest to cut and I tried multiple places before finally finally finding my new home at Recitals.
