Tiffany Nails Spa

On September 18, 2023 I went to this establishment to have gel polish removed from my toenails and to have a fresh pedicure with regular polish. The technician removed the gel with a dremel and kept grinding my toenails down even after the polish was removed to the point that my toenails were paper thin! When he was done, I could see the pink flesh of my nail bed through my nearly translucent toenails and the rest of the pedicure was extremely painful. Within days after the service my paper thin toenails began to splinter and break. My big toenail has now splintered into the nail bed and is bleeding. Prior to this service my toenails have been extremely healthy, and I have NEVER in my life had such a horrific experience at a nail salon. My nails don't look professionally done, but that is not my biggest issue with this salon. I am big on customer service, and the atmosphere in this place was definitely not welcoming. Customers they are familiar with seemed to be treated well. But as a new customer, I felt like I walked into a place that didn't want me there.
