Wisteria Aveda Salon Spa- Augusta Village

I most recently saw Brandon for a 3" trim, long layers, and blowout. I also got the botanical treatment, and my hair feels incredible. Don't even get me started about the hair washing; the head massages they give take me to another dimension. Brandon knocked it out of the park with my hair. I've also seen Jessica in the past, and she was equally as great!!! This is my favorite Aveda salon! Services: Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling

I’m totally disappointed with this Veda salon, unfortunately. I paid for a 90 minute $130 signature facial and started around 5:10 and was back in my car and paid by 6:29. The whole experience felt rushed. The girl was kind but used gloves the entire time and there was no steam!! I’ve had many facials at Other Veda salons back in Colorado and never had an issue like this. Totally discouraged about the time and money spent on this service. Wish I went somewhere else or did some more research instead of assuming quality because of the “Aveda” brand linked to the name. Also, I can’t reply to the owner but I was told I would be contacted by a manager or owner and I never was. It was clearly important to look good on a google review follow up but they didn’t follow through with contacting me to work towards a solution. Guess you got your money and that’s all that matters.

Revised review. I want to thank you for the care that you gave me today. It was a lovely experience. I look forward to future visits to get my hair done. I appreciate the attention and care that was given. I will definitely come back and recommend the location. Thank you again!
