Urban Nirvana

I went for a facial and the experience was great, but my skin is so broken out from the products used. They also massage your shoulders and back during it and I’ve never had my back break out so bad… it’s been two weeks and it’s still awful. I called twice to ask what product they used and was told I would be called back two times and never heard a word from them.

Have been to this location twice now and all I have to say is; AMAZING. Both times I’ve had the pleasure of the stylist Izzi doing my hair. She is the best. Her skills and personality are A++. Will def be continuing to book her in the future.

I love this place! I’ve never had a bad experience. They are consistent and take care of me each and every visit. I have not stuck with a specific person, but whoever does my services always delivers. This place is classy, professional, fun, and relaxing. I love all the knickknacks they have upfront. I bought a wallet there at least 7-8 years ago. It’s still holding up and I get compliments on it all the time. My favorite is the hot stone massage. I highly recommend that massage and this place. You won’t be disappointed!!
