The customer service here is terrible. I waited around 15 minutes for assistance, and even asked the front counter clerk. No one ever came to assist me. No one was even in the store so it wasn't busy. I finally got a chair, and stood in it to get what I needed. This place obviously could benefit from better management.

Exceptional Brow Services by Akilah. 
Akilah has been taking care of my brows for four months now and I am continually impressed with her work. She takes the time to perform brow lamination and shaping, and her attention to detail is unmatched. It is clear that she genuinely cares about how I feel about my brows, and I am grateful for her dedication to her craft.

I had an appointment with Akilah for a brow wax. I was twelve minutes late so she canceled my appointment wich I understand. But she was very rude about it and did not care and did not try to find another appointment. I ended up booking another appointment 20 mins later at another store and it was great. I do not recommend this location.
