I went into this store today for the first time at this location. Not one single person greeted me. I watched to see if they would greet other people after me and sure enough they did. I then asked for help and this girl brushed me off while rolling her eyes “I’m going on break but I will see if someone could help you”. She then walked out the door and I waited again five minutes later no one came to help me. I then asked Savannah to help me for recommendation for skin care products. She recommended Clinique but I was never fan of Clinique so I had to keep asking for different brands. She eventually pointed me to Dermalogica. I felt somewhat insulted as if she might have thought that I could not afford higher end products. After that 15 mins first experience encounter at ULTA, I would say that I am never going to come back to this location as I was not welcomed and that my business was not really appreciated by them.

Great customer service. Lots of items to choose from and someone is always willing to recommend a product. Allison Thorne is the best- I get a customized facial monthly.

I was quite surprised by this store. I didn't get a haircut l, so my experience is just shopping. Like me, a lot of men don't think of this as a go to place. But I needed some hair product last minute and decided to stop. They have an awesome section for men with a variety of different products. Top-notch selection of mens cologne, beard wellness products, face and skin care plus much more. Outside of the men's area, there are also plenty of products that men need and use as well. Store was clean, staff was great and I had a great experience here.
