Salons by JC Greenville (Salon Suite Professionals)

Jackie McCullough (Mychals Hair Studio) is the best! She shampooed, steamed, and two-strand twisted my natural hair. She really gets to know her clients and takes the time to understand their hair needs. I drive an hour to go to her.

Salons By JC is a very nice facility, however, whomever runs, manages or owns it should be extremely ashamed of how it’s run and the lack of cleanliness. There has never been a time I’ve been there for a service when the bathrooms were actually clean. They’re absolutely disgusting and they should consider making their concierge actually do something b/c she definitely isn’t greeting when I come in. So much potential, should be under new management!!!!

I wouldn’t say never go to Salons by JC. However, I would say never go to Sara Hunt of Blondies Salon in Salons by JC. I have made three appointments with her in the last year. The first one she was thirty minutes late, but she did a great job on my hair so I still tipped her really well because I’m that kind of person. The next appointment I made she was thirty minutes late AGAIN. Once again, I’m a really nice person and gave her a 20% tip for a $250 appointment. Despite the fact it was becoming a repeated behavior. This last week I rebooked with her and basically told myself to expect her to be late. I arrived at my appointment time and the doors were locked. I called her and left two text messages because her voicemail box was full. She didn’t get back to me. My appointment was at 11:30 and given her history I decided to wait until 12:15. I called two more times, and emailed her through the appointment link. I finally gave up and went shopping next to the building, I left the store
