The overall experience of the salon is luxurious with complementary refreshments and kind stylist. After communicating with Neeley what I would like she gave me the most beautiful balayage and style. I look forward to visiting Kate Kandel salon every four weeks for color, trims, smoothing treatments and blowouts. BreAnna is an absolute delight to work with (I have curly hair that can be a chore) and is an extremely talented colorist and stylist. The ambiance in the salon is warm and inviting, I love booking appointments online in advance to best plan my schedule and the staff overall is wonderful. I have never left disappointed, and enjoy receiving a thorough consult any time I’d like to make a bigger change from my norm.
