I went to this wonderful establishment for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. 10 out 10 highly recommend. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring
Came for the first time to do my daughter’s perm, ladies were so nice , service was great , definitely will come back !
I went in today to get a color and a haircut. Yolanda was the hairstylist and I am very unhappy. One I specifically told her “ do not cut the front of my hair” and she just ignored me and said she was blending it. No, she cut it. Next, I told her to only leave the color on for five minutes but no, she knows more than I do but doesn’t and leaves it on for 40 minutes. I told her before this that I DO NOT WANT MY HAIR RED!! Well, what happened; I come out with red hair. She says I thought it would not do that and I said I told you why not to leave it on that long and you did. Then , because you use a brush instead of a bottle because it takes longer and I get charged 102.00 the same as my highlight. What a joke! It’s a shame you can’t get your money back and I’m sorry it supposed to work. What a mess I have. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
