Caitlyn was very confident and fast. It was my first time, and booked a 2nd appointment for cut and color. I walked, but lots of parking.
Joanna (owner) is good at hair but she is extremely unreliable. I've never had someone cancel, reschedule, or literally just not show up so much in my life. More times than not. One excuse after another and never an apology. I also spent close to 4 hours in the chair for a full highlight and cut and over $300 each time. Side note: Lauren is fantastic! If I wanted to keep giving Joanna business I would continue to see her Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
After many years in the Upstate with a trusted stylist, I moved to Daniel Island six months ago. Lauren Irwin at Haven Hair Salon has become my new trusted stylist. She formulated a plan for my color and cut and discussed the options thoroughly before proceeding. I am very pleased with my fresh new look!
