Very poor customer service!! Made my appointment for lashes/eyebrow wax 4 days in advance. Got to my appt on time. She finished the person in her chair 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then took 2 clients ahead of me pushing my appointment out over an hour. After I drove 45 minutes for my appointment. No notification of appointment change or apology or discount nothing. SHOP BLACK OWNED!!
Can't go to no one ELSE BUT KIM!!!! SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN DO GOOD EYELASHES AND EYEBROW. ON ????
