Star Nails & Day Spa

I was not made to feel welcome at this place. I got there a few minutes before they opened. I walked up to the door, and it was unlocked. So, I walked in. I was immediately asked if people were waiting in cars, before me. I told them that I had no idea if people were waiting to come in. There were other stores in this strip mall. I asked if I should wait. I was told to sign in after the 4 or 5 people who followed me in. I have no way of knowing if they were there first. After my nail tech started sanding off my polish, I was told their card reader was down. I should have been told up front. When I asked if I could write a check. I was told, NO. I did not have cash. So, had to walk to a Vape shop, to get money from an ATM. The nail tech is good at what she does, and she's nice. The store is clean. I'm not sure if I want to ever go there again. When I'm paying for a service, I don't want to be made to feel like an imposition.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with my Pedicure. When I am in Anderson this has been my go to for eyebrow wax and nails. The lady that did my french tip manicure / eyebrows did a great job. The guy that did my pedicure did not. There was a lady beside me that had the exact shade I wanted. I literally watched the guy get up and get another that I did not like. I told him immediately that this was not what I wanted. Not sure if it was the language barrier or what. He then messed up and had to redo my right foot. At that point I got the attention of the lady at the desk and another lady came and finished the pedicure, I told them I did not like it and was not satisfied and they continued to argue me down that this is the color I requested, which it was not. Poor customer service. They should have offered to redo them. Spent 150.00. I will not return. Services: Body waxing, Pedicure, Manicure

This is how my clear nails came out. Dirty looking. I am usually satisfied with there service but today I am upset about my nails and Ms. Cindy charge me the full after me telling her I was not satisfied.
