The woman who worked on me was wonderful! I recently had a stroke, and she spent a great deal of time, massaging my leg and increasing my circulation during the pedicure process. I got a gel pedicure and she was meticulous about painting my nails and assisted me to hold my foot in place as I don’t have much control over it right now. This was my first time using this spa, do you to my usual spot, treating me quite differently after I showed up with a disability. It was like I was inconveniencing them by still wanting to feel pretty and have my nails done. I have felt so at home, welcomed, and cared for at NexTop… It was incredible! Massage chair worked well in the entire experience was top notch! I literally can’t wait to go back, but my nails still look so great that it’s not time. these photos don’t even do these nails justice. they look like a smoker was around something that was white. they look absolutely terrible. i have never cried in my car over nails but today that changed. anytime i said they looked bad he blamed me for picking the color. he never offered to fix them or find a solution but rather he laughed and continued. two stars is me being gracious. a white base under the yellow would have solved this issue and offering to fix it over laughing would’ve gotten them an outstanding review.

I have been going to this place for years consistently. Recently i had the same service done that i always have and the gentlemen doing my nails over charged me by $10 when the price has always been the same and i've always gotten the same service. I didn't make a fuss and just paid it. The very next day, my nails started to turn a yellow-ish tint. I found out that it was because of them using old dipping powder. When i politely contacted them asked them about it and if they could just redo the color, she told me without even seeing them that i had been in touch with some sort of chemical and thats why they turned colors. I was surprised at their lack of customer service and will not be going back. Service: Dip powder
