Bailey is absolutely wonderful! I always leave feeling so refreshed.
I’ve been going to see Bailey for my hair for years. She always does an incredible job. I even commute an hour from Spartanburg just to go to District 21 because I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. The salon is clean and tidy. It’s decorated so cute and makes you feel at home. They offer free water and coffee. Every member of their staff is so nice and accommodating. Highly highly recommend to anyone!! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Balayage
I have been going to District Twenty One for almost a year and a half and I’m always beyond happy when I leave!! Booking an appointment is easy and I always get what I’m looking for with my hair!
