This project follows You Are You, a beauty salon in Warwick, Rhode Island, that was founded by Giovanna Omar in 2010. Omar created the space to provide a safe and accepting atmosphere that celebrates self love and self expression through beauty. In the salon, clients are given the opportunity to dye their hair any color of the rainbow, get custom haircuts and express their own personal style.ity to express their own personal style.

I had a blowout and silk press. And my Hair reverted as I was walking out the door. Literally!!! no kidding! It was hot and humid that day. but still that was too quick.
Salon You are You has always been my go-to salon! They've really stepped their game up amidst COVID, taking excellent precautions to keep everyone safe.
Great salon for women with textured/curly hair. Timely, professional, knowledgeable, and quality service. I highly recommend.
