Worst haircut ever by someone who has 20 years experience!!! Surprised 20 years didn’t teach you to shut up and listen more to the customer!!! OLIVIA is the name if you want your hair butchered on New Year’s Eve!!! One needs to be amazingly st**id to be in a profession for this long and not learn the basics!!!

I took my toddler for a haircut here. I had asked the woman if she felt comfortable cutting my son's hair. She said yes. I am a very easy going person, I totally understand cutting kids hair is not the easiest of tasks. But she didn't use a smock. At first he was fine, but she got clumps of hair ALL in his face. In his mouth, eyes, nose. He looked like Chewbacca..which then led him to get upset & cry. She had zero patience & wasn't gentle with him. I had him on my lap. & Then proceeded to tell me she can't finish his haircut.... It looks like a toddler cut his hair.... Totally disappointed. If she did not feel comfortable with his age, she should of told me when I had asked. & Just did a sloppy job from start to finish...

I see Julie and she is lovely and my hair looks awesome!
