I had been coloring my hair at home with box dye (I know ????) since quarantine and hadn’t had a cut in probably 2 years. Booked an appointment with Amanda and this picture does NOT do my hair justice. Not only was she able to get rid of my at least 4 inch block of root growth, but the colors I once had added in lifted so well and there are so many gorgeous shades of blonde on my head now! Will 100% be back again!

Sure they were friendly enough.. Let me just say I asked for a Subtle balayage, picked a dark color , told her I like to stay dark.. and light brown for highlight. The hair dresser told me she believed we could achieve those colors. Also said she did not think I needed a toner after processing. My hair is completely orange and red, black in some spots. Does not look anything like the colors I picked, does not resemble a balayage at all. There is nothing subtle about it.. I mentioned that I have never had my hair colored professionally. I feel as though this person knew they could not achieve desired results on my hair. I went in for consultation the day prior. She should know it would cause damage and she should have just told me she couldn't do it and achieve desired color .I paid good money for fried stripped and orange hair.

Amanda always takes care of me, down to knowing exactly what I want without knowing what I want. Excellent customer service and friendly staff always, even if you’re not being seen by a particular hairstylists, you’re still treated as one of their own clients.
