Nilima is extremely thorough with her threading techniques. She is receptive to feedback on the areas of focus and areas to avoid. I'm happy with the results after each session and enjoy having my monthly membership at this location as I get quality work done by Nilima while helping me save. The salon was clean. The lady was sooo nice and explained what she was doing to my brows(I asked to just clean them up) and emphasized to keep the thickness to which she did!! Even her hands smelt amazing and clean while she was doing my brows. Overall really impressed with the service and result. I will be returning ◡̈
