Ulta Beauty

I went to get my brows done for my first time professionally at Ulta's brow bar, and despite being nervous, they turned out great! Elena helped me find what I was looking for in shaping my eyebrows and did such a beautiful job making it happen. I felt very comfortable and accommodated! This store location has always had polite and helpful staff that have helped with my needs every time I have been there. I hope everyone continues to have good experiences at this Ulta-mate (couldn't help the pun) location!

Wish I could give it zero stars. I went in there today with a list of a handful of items I was going to purchase. I found all but 2 things. I had been in the store for close to 40 minutes not 1 associate asked me if I needed help. Finally I went to the checkout area and asked the one associate if she could help me she said shortly yeah and preceded to help me as if it was really causing her an inconvenience. The one item said that it was stocked in store all she said was maybe their counts are off the other item she pointed to a display and said yeah we must not have that either. I was just so taken back that I put all my stuff back and left. I don't need to be talked down to or talked rudely to. Whoever manages that store needs to give all the employees a lesson on customer service
