Marilyn is exellent she did an amazing job on my dreadlock extensions. She even made a special trip in because the first time I was there I ran out of hair, she also did my daughters braids and they came out amazing. She is such a nice person friendly and professional. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for 4 simple braids for my husband. She said she could do 4:30, then called me back 2 minutes later moving it to 5:30. I understood, and said that was fine I would see her at 5:30. I show up to the salon on time, where I see lights on with an open sign. I called to see when she would arrive and told her I was waiting outside, I waited 20 minutes and sent her a text. Only to notice that she blocked my phone number. I sent a text through my husbands phone and it delivered right away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If she was unavailable she could have said so instead of wasting my time and having me drive there to wait for 30 minutes of nothing. Not how you should run a business, especially with your first time clients. First and LAST time I’ll ever book here. Shame…

Called in to get my hair styled. Lady said no problem, to send pics of my hair. Afterwards, she never called back or answered call back. A simple no, that the style can’t be done would have been more professional
