Called to get a rough estimate for a cut and tips of hair colored for my daughter. I had a hard time understanding the woman who answers the phone and instead of her trying to communicate better with me or putting someone else on the phone with me , she gave me an attitude and says”ok” and then hangs up one me. That is not professional at all!!
I’ve been going here for over 12yrs. Won’t go anywhere else. It doesn’t bother me about the language barrier, all the ladies have been very kind and welcoming. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer and hadn’t shown up for a few years because I cut all my hair off, they were all happy to see me when I showed up. Reasonably priced as well
I am SO glad I found her. I travel an hour each way from Binghamton, NY twice a month to see her. Now that my daughter is home from the military she comes with me and she has a totally different hair texture. Eduvigi is an absolute professional and her staff is very talented.
