My mother and I both got the Ritual Facial & Massage package for Christmas as a gift and we’ve tried setting up appointments multiple times and each time they’re busy or they can’t take 2 people for the service. This is ridiculous it is now July, for 7 months I have tried to book an appointment for my mother and I and each time they’re supposedly so busy even if I try calling 1 month or even 2 months in advance. So disappointed, they don’t even deserve 1 star
First time, and it was a great experience. Beautiful place gives you a warm welcome the second you enter. I'd go again
