I have salon anxiety, and I go unreasonable amounts of time between haircuts. I wanted to find a place that would be easy going and understanding so when I saw "eco friendly" I just knew they would be that place. I was right! Leslee is a peach and did a mini consult with me since it was my first time. She totally understood, was happy to answer all my questions, and so nice. I really enjoyed learning about some of the different eco-environmental things they do as a business. My hair turned out perfect and I'm glad I went ❤️ Thanks! They did a fine job with my hair, but be careful because this place will add extra charges they will not be transparent about upfront. The stylist suggested a deep conditioning treatment during my haircut without informing me it was an extra charge. Not only that, but they charge separately for the blowout after your haircut? Every other salon I've been to will blow out your hair after cutting it, but it is usually included in the haircut, and not provided at an extra charge without communicating that to the client. Had I been informed of these services costing more prior to receiving them, I would not have agreed to them. I walked in for a very simple haircut and I was surprised to have paid like $200 more than I expected. I wanted to love this salon so much, I drove across town to come here, but felt that multiple aspects of my customer service experience were dishonest.

OBSESSED with White Rabbit. Usually see the owner Leslee who does my hair beyond amazing. I have curly hair and they know how to cut and color it perfectly. Today I saw Shannon and she did just as amazing as Leslee. Anyone you see at White Rabbit you will love. 10/10 recommend. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Balayage
